“Game of Thrones” star Jason Momoa may be on the big screen in 2015,
as it is rumored he will play supervillian Doomsday in the highly
anticipated “Man of Steel” sequel. The as-yet-untitled
Batman-vs.-Superman film will be directed by Zack Snyder, who also
directed “Man of Steel” and “300.”
Doomsday is best known as the character who killed Superman, and was originally known as “The Ultimate.”
Momoa seems well-qualified to play the villainous fighter: In 2011,
he played the title role in “Conan the Barbarian” as a warrior who seeks
revenge on an evil warlord, and on the hit HBO series “Game of
Thrones,” he stars as Khal Drogo, a warlord and feared warrior.
