At the risk of dwelling on this topic a bit too long, I’m devoting
one more article to the casting process. In the two previous outings we
touched on the importance of getting appropriate “name” talent in
proportion to your budget and the decision of whether or not to shoot
non-union or union and the complexities of the latter. As a final note
on this subject, I’d like to offer up some suggestions for the nuts and
bolts of the auditioning process.
